36 year old female from San Diego, scheduled a consultation for revisionary breast surgery. During her consult she complained that she felt her implants were hanging in the bottom of her breasts. After examination, Dr. Mofid confirmed her implants were placed above her muscle causing her breast to sag further. Dr. Mofid recommended a pocket conversion of implants to under the muscle with an internal bra and a revisionary breast lift. Pictures were taken 1 year after surgery.
