44 year old patient from San Diego was referred to Dr. Mofid by her physician for nasal breathing issues. Patient expressed to Dr. Mofid that during her septoplasty to correct her breathing she also wanted to remove the bump on her nose and refine her tip. She had previously had fillers injected to her cheeks and wanted a more permanent result. Dr. Mofid performed a rhinoplasty/septoplasty and malar augmentation to give her nose a softer appearance and her cheeks a lift.
